At Pure Elegance Bridal, we understand that hunting for your dream dress is quite daunting; so below are all the answers to your frequently asked questions we have come across so far.






ARE YOU AN ONLINE BUSINESS OR CAN WE SEE THE DRESSES IN PERSON?

While we deal with the majority of our customers online, we are able to accommodate appointments should you wish to try on the dress prior to purchase. Please bear in mind that our business is based from home, so we operate by appointment only.

WHAT SIZES DO YOU STOCK?

We generally stock between a size 8 and size 20, however, we are always looking to expand our range whenever possible.

DO YOU ACCEPT A DEPOSIT?

We will accept a deposit on dresses if discussed prior to purchase online. The deposit would be 30% with the remaining balance to be paid within 8 weeks of purchase, unless agreed beforehand. The dress will remain at Pure Elegance Bridal until the final payment has been made.

WHAT DO YOU RECOMMEND WHEN TRYING ON DRESSES?

We recommend wearing a nude or Ivory/white coloured underwear and a strapless or multi-way bra, so you can see the full effect of the dress without having to hide loose bra straps. It is also better, if possible, to have the bra you intend on wearing on the day, as they can dramatically change fit of the dress depending on style. Of course, this is in an ideal world and in no way essential!

DO YOU HAVE AN ALTERATIONS SERVICE?

No, we do not have an on-site seamstress, however we have a few local to the area we can recommend. We like to leave alterations with the customer, as it gives the customer the freedom to choose who suits them and stops them feeling restricted.
