At Pure Elegance Bridal, we understand that hunting for your dream dress is quite daunting; so below are all the answers to your frequently asked questions we have come across so far.

ARE YOU AN ONLINE BUSINESS OR CAN WE SEE THE DRESSES IN PERSON?
We operate solely online, but offer a 14 day money back returns policy, so you can try on the dress in the comfort of your own home and have the option to return it if it’s not suitable for you.
WHAT SIZES DO YOU STOCK?
We generally stock between a size 16 and size 28, however, we are always looking to expand our range whenever possible. We do have some smaller sizes available but our main focus is our plus-size range.
DO YOU ACCEPT A DEPOSIT?
Unfortunately we are unable to take deposits at the moment as out stock is on first come first served.
WHAT DO YOU RECOMMEND WHEN TRYING ON DRESSES?
We recommend wearing a nude or Ivory/white coloured underwear and a strapless or multi-way bra, so you can see the full effect of the dress without having to hide loose bra straps. It is also better, if possible, to have the bra you intend on wearing on the day, as they can dramatically change fit of the dress depending on style. Of course, this is in an ideal world and in no way essential!
HOW DO I TAKE MY OWN MEASUREMENTS SO I CAN FIND THE PERFECT FIT?
​​Bust Measurement: Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your bust.
💡 Tip: Keep the tape snug but not tight, and ensure it's parallel to the ground.

Waist Measurement: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, usually above your belly button.
💡 Tip: Stand naturally and avoid sucking in your stomach for accurate results.

Hip Measurement: Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your hips, including your buttocks.
💡 Tip: Stand with feet together to get an accurate hip measurement.

I DON'T KNOW MY SIZE - CAN YOU RECOMMEND WHICH DRESSES MAY WORK FOR ME?

DO YOU HAVE AN ALTERATIONS SERVICE?
No, we do not have an on-site seamstress, however we have a few local to the area we can recommend. We like to leave alterations with the customer, as it gives the customer the freedom to choose who suits them and stops them feeling restricted.
